1、预备
1. Preparation
把所需胶接的超声波换能器(配好对的)、缸体、网垫、胶水等预备好。
Prepare the required ultrasonic transducers (with the correct ones), cylinder blocks, mesh pads, glue, etc. for bonding.
2、喷沙
2. Sandblasting
把所需胶接的超声波换能器、缸体停止喷沙处置,喷沙胶接面应尽量毛,喷沙使用30目的金刚沙,沙子必需坚持枯燥并常常挑选(每次放入沙箱时都要挑选),喷沙时紧缩空气的压力应≥6KG,并经过气源处置器除湿后的高压空气。
Stop sandblasting the ultrasonic transducer and cylinder body that need to be bonded. The sandblasting bonding surface should be as rough as possible. Use 30 mesh diamond sand for sandblasting. The sand must be dry and selected frequently (every time it is placed in the sandbox). The compressed air pressure during sandblasting should be ≥ 6KG, and high-pressure air should be dehumidified by the air source disposal device.
3、清洗
3. Cleaning
把喷好沙的缸体和超声波换能器停止清洗,换能器先用甲醇停止清洗,把外表的沙子等灰尘除掉,再用丙酮停止漂洗;缸体先用水冲、再用酸洗后冲洗洁净,凉干后再用甲醇和丙酮各停止一次漂洗,网垫用≤30目厚度≤0.15的不锈钢网异样清洗洁净(有条件时电解处置)备用。
Stop cleaning the cylinder body and ultrasonic transducer that have been sprayed with sand. First, stop cleaning the transducer with methanol, remove dust such as sand from the surface, and then stop rinsing with acetone; The cylinder body is first rinsed with water, then pickled and rinsed clean. After cooling to dryness, methanol and acetone are used to stop rinsing each time. The mesh pad is cleaned using a stainless steel mesh with a thickness of ≤ 30 mesh and ≤ 0.15 (electrolytic disposal if possible) for later use.
4、烘干、预热
4. Drying and preheating
把清洗好的超声波换能器和缸体及网垫放入烘箱停止烘干,烘干为60℃-80℃烘干2小时后冷却到40℃左右时停止胶接。在一切胶接预备任务做好后,配好胶水(常温)充沛谐和后疾速停止胶接。
Place the cleaned ultrasonic transducer, cylinder body, and mesh pad into an oven and stop drying. Dry at 60 ℃ -80 ℃ for 2 hours, and then stop bonding when it cools to around 40 ℃. After all the preparation tasks for bonding are completed, prepare the adhesive (at room temperature) and quickly stop bonding after it is fully harmonious.

把处置好的缸体放在胶接平板上放好,并用丙酮在胶接处用棉布再擦试一遍。
Place the disposed cylinder block on the bonding plate and wipe it again with acetone and cotton cloth at the bonding point.
把处置好的超声波换能器胶接面用丙酮再用棉布再擦试一遍。
Rub the adhesive surface of the disposed ultrasonic transducer again with acetone and cotton cloth.
配好胶水充沛谐和后预热1-2分钟。(每次配置的胶水不能太多,以一次胶接20-30头为准)胶水配置为5G/头、比例为1:0.4(胶粘剂比固化剂、应尽量准确)。
Prepare sufficient and harmonious glue and preheat for 1-2 minutes. (The amount of glue used for each configuration should not be too much, based on a single bonding of 20-30 heads.) The glue configuration should be 5G/head, with a ratio of 1:0.4 (the adhesive should be as accurate as possible compared to the curing agent).
把缸体和超声波换能器冷却到40℃左右时停止胶接,胶接时辨别在缸体和超声波换能器上平均涂上胶水,两头放上网布,然后用力压紧,胶接速度要快,每次配置胶水后胶接日子不要超越10分钟上(要求预备任务做的充沛)。
When the cylinder block and ultrasonic transducer are cooled to around 40 ℃, stop bonding. When bonding, evenly apply glue to the cylinder block and ultrasonic transducer, place a cloth on both ends, and then press firmly. The bonding speed should be fast, and the bonding time should not exceed 10 minutes after each configuration of glue (it is required to do sufficient preparation tasks).
胶完后停止加压处置(需唱工装、用弹簧软压)。
After the glue is finished, stop pressurizing and dispose of it (requires tooling and soft pressing with springs).
6、固化
6. Curing
把胶好的缸体放入无尘烘箱停止固化,固化温度一次加温为40-50℃固化30分钟后,二次加温到60-70℃固化30分钟后再三次加温到80℃固化2小时后自然固化24小时后检测连线。固化加温用程控智能温控仪控制。
Place the glued cylinder block into a dust-free oven and stop curing. The curing temperature should be raised to 40-50 ℃ for 30 minutes, followed by a second heating to 60-70 ℃ for 30 minutes, followed by a third heating to 80 ℃ for 2 hours, followed by natural curing for 24 hours, and then test the wiring. Curing heating is controlled by a programmable intelligent temperature controller.
7、检测
7. Detection
对固化好的超声波换能器停止检测,每个换能器(60W、22、25、28KHZ)的胶接阻抗约在250Ω左右,不能超越300Ω,并对换能器特性停止检测(不能有杂波),同个缸体上的超声波换能器阻抗值应尽量接近分歧,不能超越均匀值的20%(约±50Ω),对不契合要求的超声波换能器撤除重新胶接。
Stop testing the cured ultrasonic transducers. The bonding impedance of each transducer (60W, 22, 25, 28KHZ) is about 250 Ω and cannot exceed 300 Ω. Stop testing the characteristics of the transducer (without noise). The impedance values of the ultrasonic transducers on the same cylinder should be as close to the difference as possible and cannot exceed 20% of the uniform value (about ± 50 Ω). Remove and re bond the ultrasonic transducers that do not meet the requirements.
