结构特点
1,工程塑料外壳采用玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯树脂材料,通过模具压制而成,外形美观。具有抗老化,不变形,抗冲击,抗静电,耐腐蚀等优点。产品颜色为绿色。
2,不锈钢外壳采用306不锈钢口材料,通过模具落料,成型工艺加工而成,表面镜面抛光处理,美观大方。
3,防水防尘防腐控制箱铝壳体采用ZL102铝合金压铸而成,结构轻巧,外形美观。
4,G,S两系列抗强酸,强碱,盐,海水,氨,氯离子腐蚀,防腐等为F2。
5,G,S两系列产品为迷宫式防水结构,具有良好的防水,防尘性能,防护等为IP65。
6,L系列产品壳体表面酸洗,钝化后采用高压静电喷环氧树脂塑粉处理,抗酸,碱,盐腐蚀,防腐等为F1。
7,L系列产品采用曲路密封结构,直接用紧固件紧固,具有良好的防水防尘性能。
8,所有外露紧固件固均用用不锈钢,密封件采用硅橡胶,耐油,耐酸,耐碱,耐高温。
9,防水防尘防腐控制箱适用于交流50Hz,电压380V以下,直流440V以下,电流10A以内的控制电路中,作为工作现场中电动机的起停,控制转换,信号切换,仪表计量等显示之用。
10,内装元件由我公司定型。
11,内装元件主要有转换开关,按钮,电流表,指示灯等,可按用户要求装其他仪表。可实现各种元件的任意组合,满足用户设计 要求。
12,一般情况下,本系列产品的进出线方向为下进下出,电缆布线。用户有特殊要求请注明。
