二、产品介绍

<一>工作原理

1、螺杆付随外界电机做旋转运动—》2、螺杆螺旋槽周期性打开，吸入腔容积增大，形成真空—》3、介质被吸入螺旋槽内，并被螺旋槽封闭住—》4、随着螺杆的旋转，介质随螺旋槽沿螺杆轴线向出口移动—》5、zui后介质被排除泵外

 <二>结构特点

1、结构*，性能*：改变传统高压平衡技术，采用主、从杆的轴向低压平衡装置，受力平衡均匀，螺杆不变形，运行可靠稳定，无脉动，噪声小

2、对立设计，密封可靠：泵采用机械密封形式，密封腔压力与吸入压力想通，同时结构设计上对密封腔进行充分循环冷却，确保密封效果，无泄漏

3、优化改进，外形美观：改变传统的进、出口位置，使得泵进出口在泵两侧并形成一条直线，外形美观，同时在设计上就行创新，在用户不改变现场管线就可以实现进出口的转换

4、安全阀组件，保护产品安全：产品所配安全阀可以瞬间保护泵，防过载，但不能作为管道的溢流阀使用

5、泵芯组件，方便维修和配件更换：泵结构简单紧凑，泵芯总成采用组件式结构，可整体取出便于维修、维护

６、进出口多种组合形式，方便现场管道连接

右出左进：常规使用，无进口代号

左出右进：反向进口，进出口代号为Ｚ

端进上出：尾端进口，进出口代号为Ｄ

（备注：进出口相对位置方向为从驱动电机端向泵方向观察）

７、多种安装方式，更好的满足工况要求

卧式安装【H】：同意普及型，公共底座连接

支架式安装【F】(也称法兰式)：减少机组面积，同轴性好

立式安装【S】：大大缩小安装所需的横向空间，同轴性好
